Purchasing on Facebook is very different from purchasing on our site. You have to be FAST because the race is ON!
We will post the prices, sizes available, and any other important details with a picture of the design being sold. All you have to do is QUICKLY post the following in the comment box below the item: - The word "SOLD"
- The size you desire
- The email address associated with your PayPal account
- Personalization details (font, name, thread color) for personalized items

You CAN post personalization details after your initial post in order to get your SOLD comment posted faster. HOWEVER, we must have this information in order to count your post.
If you comment within the sale time, or BEFORE we sell out of the size you want, we will send you a PayPal invoice. You are REQUIRED to pay via Paypal ONLY & within 3 days! If you do not pay within the time frame, your post is void and the item will be sold to someone else.
We only take PayPal payments and cannot hold invoices any longer than 3 days. Please do not ask us to accept another form of payment or extend the payment deadline!
Because we are offering specials and clothing designed by us, the items are usually very limited and we cannot offer them to everyone. Do not post SOLD unless you definitely want that item... It's not fair to other people that would also like to have it. We normally post all winners within 24 hours. To find out if you won an item: - Click on the Notes tab
- Click on the garment name to pull up the results
- Locate the size you ordered
- Check to see if your name is listed there
- If your name is not there, you did not win the item

Please do not take it personally if we are sold out of an item by the time you post. Also please understand that these items go VERY quickly and we may not be able to answer all questions before they sell out.
If your name is listed as a winner, but you do not receive an invoice, please send an email to smockadotsfb@gmail.com with INVOICE NEEDED in the subject line.
Because all of our records are kept by item and size, please reference the item and size in your email.

For your convenience, we include shipping via US Mail in the listed price of our Facebook posts. Shipping time is 2 - 4 weeks from the time you PAY. Please do not ask shipping questions before two weeks has passed.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Allow TWO TO FOUR WEEKS for shipping from DATE OF PAYMENT.
We do use PayPal's shipping services, which is helpful in allowing our customers to track their orders. However, keep in mind that the following may cause unreliable tracking info. - Printing labels before the package ships
- We often print the label and get the package ready before it actually ships out... especially if it is going to be monogrammed or just needs a bow.
- PayPal's tracking will indicate the package has shipped, when the package is only almost ready to ship
- Multiple items ordered on the same day
- If someone pays for multiple items on the same day, we often ship them together.
- PayPal tracking may show that only one item has shipped when in fact, many may have shipped together.
